Failure Fakemon

Well,I wanted to post something but had not worked on anything major and I had this sitting around so,here is a Fakemon I made,Fainon

I thought,since they made a Victory pokemon (Victini),why not a pokemon of Failure?

Type: Dark/Water
Species: Failure Pokemon.
Ability: Blue Moon-Increases stats for every missed or failed attack.
Sig. Move: (workin on it)

Dex: Legend says that Fainon once was entrusted with the fate of a whole kingdom from the ancient past,but had failed them as their kingdom was seriously destroyed and damaged. The people blamed Fainon for their kingdom's destruction and scolded them,scaring Fainon away. Fainon now lays deep within an secret cavern,sobbing and crying over it's failure.

Facts:
-It is now common that whenever something bad occurs,the people would say it is Fainon's fault.
-It is rather powerful but its accuracy is not too high.
